Our services are changing...
We are changing our IT system and launching our new Customer Contact Centre in order to improve our service to you.
The change will make the service we provide to you a better one and will enable us to capture all your enquiries about your tenancy or your property at the first point of contact.
The new system will mean that you won’t have to repeat a conversation - our staff will be able to see a record of your previous conversations and contact with us.
If the person you want to speak to isn’t available, we’ll ask them to call you back. You won’t need to leave a voicemail and we’ll have a record of when you called us, when we promised to call you back and when that call back actually happened.
Once the change has been made, we will be getting used to the new system and ask that you have patience during this time.
Online rent statements are now suspended and we’ll keep in touch about when these will be reinstated. In the meantime, please contact us directly if you need a rent statement.
You can still make rent paymens online, use your payment card or ring us on 0800 012 1080 (or 01792 488288 from your mobile).
Repairs & Maintenance:
Our contractors are changing to Contract Services or Lovell for repairs and P.H.Jones for heating.
After 26th November, do not use the Westward phone number.
