Running up that hill
On Saturday 27th July players from Street Football Wales completed shuttle runs up and down Swansea's infamous Constitution Hill to raise funds and fitness levels for the 2013 Homeless World Cup.
Both the Dragons and Warriors teams took part in a gruelling test of their physical and psychological mettle.
The shuttle run involved running a quarter way up the hill and back down, then halfway up and back down, then three-quarters up and back down before two full runs all the way to the top and back.
Constitution Hill reaches a gradient of nearly 30% in places and has been used as part of the Tour of Britain Cycle Race route.
